Saturday Night Lights, a lighting company in Morris, Ill. that consists of three lighting enthusiasts, specializes in band lighting, but also lights weddings and other special events using CHAUVET® DJ gear. The team formulated the name of their company because they feel most people who have a real passion for lighting, also have to work a full time job. They work Monday through Friday, leaving Saturday night for lighting —hence the name.
They create light shows for bands who play all types of music including rock, blues, soul, jazz, hard rock, blue grass and more. They even traveled to Austin, Texas for the British Music Embassy at SXSW. Their lighting collection consists of more than 100 CHAUVET® DJ fixtures including: SlimPAR™ 56 and SlimPAR™ 64 wash lights, COLORband™ PiX pixel-mapping fixtures, Intimidator™ Spot LED 350 moving heads, Gobo Zoom™ LED 2.0 gobo projectors, D-Fi™ Plus wireless DMX transceivers, Hurricane™ Haze 2 haze machines and an Obey™ 70 DMX controller.
